When the bike
has to be more.

Iron Custom Motors grew from a culture where machines become craft and engineering becomes part of the project's character. We build for people who want a result, not a list of parts.

Where we come from

A brand built by real builds.

Iron Custom Motors didn't start with marketing. It started with a stubborn passion for motorcycles and bold projects. Over the years the brand grew from a local workshop to a name that carries world-champion machines, engineering solutions and projects discussed beyond a single country.

That's why custom is not a decorative add-on for us — it's a natural extension of the brand's philosophy. We think deeper than catalog modifications and turn the rider's idea into a coherent, technically and visually strong result.

What we do

From idea to finished machine.

Custom is engineering, not just a paint job. We'll be honest about scope, budget and timeline before we start.

01

Custom consultation

Sketch session, references, technical assessment, honest feasibility.

02

Bespoke builds

One-off motorcycles built around your idea, your fit and your way of riding.

03

Individual engineering

Frame, geometry, ergonomics, mechanical and electronic systems.

04

Project planning

Concept, parts list, timeline, milestones, documented build.

05

Concept development

From a vague idea to a coherent technical concept.

06

Functional & visual

Both how the bike works and how it looks — not one without the other.

07

Style-driven projects

Builds tailored to a specific riding style, route or rider image.

08

Paint & finishing

Hand-laid candy coats, pinstripe, airbrush, polished metalwork. Surface as identity.

09

Wiring & electronics

Custom looms, hidden switches, modern ECU on classic frames, lighting integration.

10

Mechanical depth

Engine work, gearbox, fuel and cooling systems — we don't walk away from complex jobs.

How we approach custom

Logic, proportion, character.

Beyond aesthetics

For us, custom is logic, proportions, engineering and character — not surface decoration.

Real heritage

Backed by real projects, awards, championship titles and international recognition.

Personal, not random

Each project is treated as the rider's personal story, not a stack of unrelated mods.

Trust amplifier

Even routine service feels different when it shares space with championship builds.

Status, repute, depth

This direction is about expertise — not a mass-market service.

How a project starts

Idea first. Build second.

01

Conversation

You bring the idea or the references. We listen.

02

Concept

Sketches, references, technical viability, rough scope.

03

Engineering

Frame, mechanical, electrical, ergonomic study. Decisions on paper.

04

Build

In-house and trusted partner shops. Same standard as race builds.

05

Refine

Real-world testing. Adjust until you and the machine work as one.
