Custom Harley-Davidson builds
We build motorcycles that win world titles, and we build motorcycles people ride to work on Monday. Both get the same discipline. Iron Custom Motors has taken AMD World Championship custom titles, set a world speed record at Bonneville in 2017 and won the BMW Motorrad Customizing Championship in 2023 — and Harley-Davidson has always been at the heart of it. Builds like Joker, True Religion and Sturmvogel — Best Paint at Ericeira Kustom Fest 2026 — came out of this workshop in São Domingos de Rana, Cascais. A custom is not decoration bolted onto a motorcycle. It is a motorcycle rethought — stance, ergonomics, engineering, finish — until it fits one rider exactly.

Joker
Joker is a Harley-Davidson Dyna Street Bob with a bold urban stance and pop-art energy. Built in Kharkiv, it combines oversized custom wheels, revised suspension geometry and a nine-colour paint scheme.

1. Idea and brief. You tell us how you ride and what the bike should become. We listen more than we talk.
2. Concept and written proposal. Direction, scope and stages on paper before anything is touched.
3. Agreement. We proceed only when the plan is agreed — no surprises mid-build.
4. The build. Documented throughout, with photos, so you see your motorcycle take shape.
5. Handover. Checked, road-tested and explained in detail.
We are honest about timelines: a proper build takes the time it takes, and you will know the plan before we start. The owner is involved at every step — it is your motorcycle, after all.
Start small or go all in
Customization is a spectrum, not a leap. Bars, seat, paint, exhaust, suspension and stance — each is a complete project in its own right, done properly or not at all. Some riders stop there; some come back a year later for the full build. Where the bike stays on the road, we build it road-legal and inspection-ready. Parts come through official channels /parts/, with manufacturer warranty plus our installation warranty.

Can you customize my Harley if I only want small changes?
Yes. A well-executed seat, bar and stance change can transform a bike. Small projects get the same attention as full builds.
Will my customized Harley stay road-legal?
Where the bike is built for the road, we build it inspection-ready. We tell you upfront what any change means legally.
How long does a full custom build take?
It depends entirely on scope. You get a written plan with honest timelines before we start — we don't invent numbers to win a project.
Can I see your previous builds?
Yes. Our championship machines are on permanent exhibition in the workshop. Drop by for a coffee — no appointment needed.
