01 · What we source

Send the model, year and what you need. You get back options, real availability and a straight recommendation. Prices go in the written quote — we don't guess them on this page.

1. Spare and replacement parts. Service parts and replacement components for all the major brands we work on: Harley-Davidson, BMW, Ducati, Triumph, Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha, KTM, Royal Enfield, Indian, Moto Guzzi and classics.

2. Consumables. Oils (Liqui Moly, our partner brand), filters, brake fluid, coolant, spark plugs — everything a service uses up.

3. Wear items: chain, sprockets, tyres, battery. Chain and sprocket kits matched to the model; tyres with fitting and balancing, labour from 40 € per wheel; battery replacement from 20 €, as on the price list.

4. OEM components. Original manufacturer parts through European OEM channels.

5. Aftermarket alternatives. Premium aftermarket options, always shown alongside OEM so you can compare before you decide.

6. Brakes and suspension. Pads, discs, lines, callipers; fork seals (replacement from 150 €), shocks and cartridges.

7. Tuning components. Performance parts, ECU maps, intake, exhaust, suspension, brakes. The planning side lives on the upgrades and tuning page.

8. Accessories. Luggage, touring gear, protection parts, electrical accessories.

9. Selection for your bike and your use. Picked by model, task and real compatibility — not by "something close enough". The same goes for components for a custom build, where fit is everything.

10. Hard-to-find parts. Discontinued models, vintage spares, rare parts: we know where to look and who to ask.

02 · How it works

1. Send the request. WhatsApp the model, year, VIN if you have it, and what you need — a part number or a plain description of the problem.

2. Compatibility check. We confirm fitment for your specific machine.

3. Options and quote. OEM and/or aftermarket options with prices and availability, in writing.

4. Your approval, our order. You choose, we order through verified channels. Nothing is ordered without your OK.

5. Fit or collect. We fit it here — labour 50 €/hour, estimated in writing first — or you collect and fit it yourself.

03 · Why order parts through Iron Custom Motors

Fit, not approximation. Selected by model, year, VIN and the actual job.

OEM and aftermarket side by side. You see both, with prices, and choose with the facts in front of you.

One contact for parts and fitting. The people who ordered the part are the people who fit it. No arguing between shop and workshop about who got it wrong.

An honest recommendation. We say which option we'd choose for your bike and why — including when the simpler one is the right one.

04 · Genuine parts of the brands we represent

Iron Custom Motors is an independent workshop — not a dealer of any motorcycle manufacturer. We do officially represent selected parts and accessory brands, such as C-Way luggage for the Honda Gold Wing. Genuine parts and accessories of those brands come through that channel: see brands we represent.

05 · Serving Cascais, Estoril, Oeiras & Greater Lisbon

We're in São Domingos de Rana, Cascais municipality, Greater Lisbon — a short ride from Estoril, Carcavelos, Parede, Oeiras, Sintra and Lisbon. Parts are ordered per request and fitted or handed over at the workshop.

Request a part

WhatsApp first: +351 917 961 230 — model, year, VIN if you have it, and the part or the problem. Prefer to talk? Same number, same hours. Or use the form; we reply during working hours, Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00–18:00.

FAQ

Do you sell parts over the counter? Is there a shop?

No shop and no shelves. We are a workshop: parts are ordered per request after we check fitment for your bike, then fitted here or handed over for you to fit yourself. Send the model and what you need on WhatsApp and you get options with prices in writing.

OEM or aftermarket?

Both, side by side. Genuine components through European OEM channels and premium aftermarket alternatives, shown together with prices so you can choose. We tell you which we'd pick for your bike and why.

How much does fitting cost?

Labour is 50 €/hour, with a written estimate before we start; the part itself is quoted separately. Some jobs have a fixed reference on the price list: brake fluid 100 € (non-ABS) or from 150 € (ABS), fork seals from 150 €, tyre fitting from 40 € per wheel.

Can you find parts for an older or discontinued motorcycle?

Usually, yes. Discontinued models, vintage spares and rare parts are part of what we do — we know where to look and who to ask. Send the model, year and, if you have it, the part number; we'll tell you honestly what we can find.

Can I bring my own parts?

Yes. We fit parts you've bought elsewhere at the same 50 €/hour, estimated in writing. We check fitment before we start, and if something doesn't match we tell you before touching the bike.
