Harley-Davidson tuning & stage upgrades

Stage 1 is the foundation: intake, exhaust and calibration working as one system. Done properly, the engine breathes better and responds cleaner everywhere — it is the upgrade almost every Harley benefits from first.

Stage 2 adds camshafts on top of Stage 1. This is where the character of the engine changes: how torque arrives, where the bike pulls hardest. Cam choice depends on how you ride, and we choose it with you.

Stage 3 increases displacement — a big-bore conversion. The engine comes apart. It is serious work, and it rewards serious planning: every component must match the new capacity.

Stage 4 is the full performance build: heads, pistons and cams selected as one matched system, then calibrated to work together.

We plan every stage as a whole. Mismatched parts make a worse motorcycle than stock, so nothing goes on the bench until the combination makes sense — and nothing starts before you have a written estimate and have agreed to it.

We supply and install the names that matter: Vance & Hines, Akrapovič, Remus, Zard, Kesstech and Dr. Jekill & Mr. Hyde. Sound is half the decision; legality is the other half. We fit homologated systems and valve-controlled exhausts that keep your Harley street-legal and inspection-ready — there is no point building a bike that fails inspection.

Suspension transforms a Harley more than most owners expect. We install Öhlins, Bitubo, Legend Suspensions, Progressive Suspension and YSS, with springs and setup selected for your weight and how you ride — solo, two-up, luggage. The result is a bike that holds a line and stays composed where the stock setup gives up.
