Hell Boy — the project.
Some projects are defined by elegance. Hell Boy is defined by presence. From the beginning, this trike was conceived not as a neutral custom machine, but as a complete visual statement — something theatrical, heavy, graphic and impossible to confuse with anything else. It is one of the boldest machines created by Iron Custom Motors.
The defining feature of Hell Boy is its full visual concept. The project carries a complete Hellboy comic-art airbrush treatment, reinforced by symbolic details and an intentionally dark atmosphere. Public materials describe it not as a simple themed paint job, but as a machine that enters the territory of visual storytelling. One of the signature details is the chrome skull mascot — adding another layer of theatricality and reinforcing the project's custom-show identity.
Hell Boy is built around extreme physical setup — a custom-made 360-section rear tire, monster-sized wheels and an overall stance designed to read as one solid dark object. The width, weight and low aggressive footprint create the feeling of a machine that occupies more space than an ordinary custom build. It does not simply arrive — it takes over the scene around it.
In Portugal, that visual identity received new public recognition: Hell Boy won 1st place in Best Paint at Ericeira Kustom Fest 2026. For a project built around airbrush storytelling, surface detail and theatrical impact, this award connects the machine's original concept with the new Iron Custom Motors chapter in Cascais.
Hell Boy's new chapter is already real: the trike came to Portugal for final preparation and future European shows — a new frame, independent suspension, updated bodywork and engineered details, all while preserving its original spirit. A project where the workshop's past custom culture meets its new European chapter.

Photographs flatten Hell Boy. The comic-art airbrush that won Best Paint only shows its depth in person — and the trike stands in the permanent exhibition at our workshop in Cascais, right next to the rider lounge. Layer over layer, the paint does things no screen can reproduce.
